Founded in 1981 Hospice of Midland provides home hospice care, palliative, and grief support. We are the first and only nonprofit hospice in the Permian Basin. We serve Ector County, Glasscock County, Martin County, Midland County, and Upton County. Hospice of Midland was voted BEST HOSPICE seven years in a row.
